Nintendo Switch

I've only used my Nintendo Switch a handful of times since I got it, and when I removed it from its dock today, a long scratch ran down the surface of the sceen. I would have bought a screen protector immediately if I had known this was going to be an issue, but I expect higher quality from Nintendo since every system I've gotten from them has been sturdy. It seems like making the dock able to cradle the Switch without causing scratches would have been a huge priority when designing it. This is really disappointing, since this is the first console I bought on day one.

I am getting an abnormally poor wifi connection on my Switch about 20 ft from my router. When docked I get between 0 and 1 bar, and undocked between 1 and 2. I have never seen 3 even when next to the router. The only way i can log on to the eshop is to take it out the dock and go to within 10 to 15 feet from the router. Even then it is not fast. This is in comparison to every other console I have in the same room, including the wii u. I have comcast xfinity, and use their wireless gateway router to provide wifi.

I've been having issues today with my Switch reading my Binding of Isaac cartridge. It will just randomly act as if the game is not inserted. Not sure if its the cartridge or the system, since I haven't tested it with any other games. Anyone else have similar issues?

So I was playing Zelda Breath of the Wild in Handheld mode when I noticed the switch was low on battery. So I took out the AC adapter and plugged it into the same outlet I always have. I didn't notice until later but it had not been charging. I've tried every outlet in the room and none work. But have tried other stuff on these outlets. Which all work. But the Switch won't charge. I currently am unable to put it in TV mode as I don't have the dock plugged into a TV right now and can't do so at the moment. Any solutions? Is my AC adapter broken? And if so how? Is the battery fried?

My left joy-con was so unresponsive at certain points that it become unplayable, but her left joy-con on the same Switch was literally perfect the whole time. This wasn't a case of it not working when I held it behind my back, I was literally 4 feet away with direct line of sight to the switch. Based on the fact hers worked flawlessly and mine didn't, it seems to indicate only certain batches are affected.

Worked fine before I went to bed and I put it in sleep mode and left it on the dock to charge but now it won't turn on at all. I press the power button and the green light on the dock doesn't come on. When I unplug the A.C. cord and plug it back in the green light flashes a couple times and then stops and when I take the switch off and put it on the dock the green light comes on for like half a second then nothing happens. Anyone have any ideas?
