I'm trying to update my Wii but a sign appears, it says: Error Code: 32004. An error has occured. Please help me!!!

your router needs to be on chanel 1 or 11
Reboot the wii. It has gotten stuck.
Just wait a while. The servers are being heavily hit. Sometimes it takes days before it calms down. It's not a critical matter.
