Choose this place to get your console fixed! Two things to consider:

1) When you look for it in person, it's a tiny window booth next to the corner store.
2) Cash only!

I asked them for a quote on repairing my 10 year old PS3. They responded quickly and professionally, and that held up when I met them in person. They ran a quick diagnostic test, asked intelligent questions, and were able to suss out what was wrong in a jiffy.

3 days later I get a call, a repaired PS3, and a lower price than I was quoted for.

I strongly recommend them!

This was one of the best outcomes to a terrible situation (PS4 HDMI port issue). I'm just upset I didn't take it there much sooner. Shopped around online, and only found one other store with comparable pricing (slightly less, but it involved shipping my system out). So of course, I opted for convenience. Anyways, they kept me in the loop, and actually finished faster than expected. Overall, the experience was so good that I'm going to check out the website to see what else they sell/do in general. As far as PS4 repair goes, I wouldn't hesitate to bring this place up if asked.

This might be one of the best businesses in NYC. Prompt, excellent service and great communication. I don't know that they even have any competitors when it comes to console repair in the city. Always surprised at how reasonable the prices are. Totally fair tradeoff for not having any actual interior store space and being cash only.
